About me

Every person has their own story

My journey begins on 27 May 1979 in Luxembourg. At the age of three, I moved with my family to Zurich, where I lived until 1989 and spent the formative years of my childhood. After our return to Luxembourg, I attended the Athénée in Luxembourg from the early 1990s and completed my baccalaureate there in 1999.
After studying economics, I started working as a project manager at the Ministry of the Public Service in Luxembourg in 2006 - a job that I still fulfill with passion and commitment today.
In 2024, on the initiative of my employer, I was given the opportunity to start my training as a systemic coach under the direction of IF Weinheim. The basic part with a focus on personal coaching in an individual setting will be completed in December 2024. From March 2025, I will start the advanced part, which focuses on business coaching and multi-person settings. Upon successful completion of all requirements, the training will conclude in December 2025 with the ‘Systemic Coach (IF Weinheim)’ certificate - a qualification that meets the high standards of the Systemic Society (SG).
As this qualification also requires proof of practical experience, I am currently looking for people who would like to support me on this path. As part of my learning process, I am naturally offering all coaching sessions free of charge - an opportunity for me to grow and for you to gain new perspectives in a safe space.

Privately, I am married and the mother of two sons aged 13 and 14. We live with our four cats in the western part of the country, surrounded by a quiet rural landscape. Nature is an important source of balance for me — whether I’m out running or working in our garden. I’m also always engaged in creative projects that inspire me. My greatest inspiration comes from culture in all its forms: from visual arts to theatre, dance, film, literature, and music.
